pk987 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk987 platform — including its website, mobile-optimised interface, games, betting markets, payment services and customer support — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and pk987. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not use the pk987 platform. Continuing to use pk987 after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

pk987 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication on the pk987 website. Where a change materially affects player rights or obligations, pk987 will provide reasonable notice via the registered email address or account notification.

2. Eligibility

To register and use pk987, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pk987 does not permit access to persons under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing pk987 from a jurisdiction where online gaming activity is lawful for you personally.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor or close family member of an employee or director of pk987 or any affiliated company.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, exclusion agreement, or court order that restricts your participation in online gaming.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or proxy for any other individual.

pk987 may request documentary evidence of age, identity or residency at any point. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until the process is completed satisfactorily.

pk987 takes underage gambling seriously. If there is any reason to suspect that a registered user is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending identity verification. Any winnings generated on an account confirmed to belong to a person under 18 will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on pk987. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether through different mobile numbers, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number and any other information requested during registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential and secure.
• All activity that occurs under your pk987 account, whether or not you were personally present for that activity.
• Notifying pk987 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring your registered mobile number remains active and accessible for verification purposes.

pk987 staff will never ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from pk987 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support@pk987.app immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on pk987 are processed in Pakistani rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits are credited to your pk987 wallet as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. pk987 does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — this is outside pk987's control.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timelines:

• Standard withdrawals (under Rs 500,000): processed within 2 hours.
• Jackpot wins under Rs 500,000: processed automatically within 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals above Rs 500,000: processed by pk987's VIP payments team within 2 hours.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the pk987 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. pk987 reserves the right to request additional identity documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly large amounts or first-time withdrawals.

If a deposit is made in error or an incorrect amount is transferred, please contact support@pk987.app immediately. pk987 cannot guarantee reversal of completed transactions but will make every reasonable effort to assist.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

pk987 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback and other promotional offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet during wagering, minimum deposit and expiry period.

General bonus rules that apply across all pk987 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless a promotion specifically states otherwise.
• pk987 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer before it is claimed if a technical error, pricing error or other operational issue affects the offer.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or conspiring with other players to systematically profit from promotions — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Winnings generated from free spins are typically credited as bonus cash subject to wagering requirements. The specific conversion rate is stated in each free spin promotion's terms.
• Bonus cash expires if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on pk987 — including but not limited to crash games, jackpot slots, live dealer games, card games and sports betting — operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's information panel. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and a specific game's rules on a game-specific matter, the game rules prevail for that specific matter.

pk987 uses independently audited Random Number Generators (RNG) for all non-live games. Live dealer games use visible equipment and are broadcast in real time. Crash games use a provably fair seeding system — the crash point hash is published before each round begins, allowing any player to verify outcomes after the fact.

RTP (Return to Player) figures for all games are published in the game information panel. These figures represent the long-run theoretical return across millions of rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome for individual sessions.

pk987 reserves the right to void any game round or bet that is affected by a material technical malfunction, a game provider error, or circumstances that render the outcome invalid. In such cases, stakes are refunded to affected players' pk987 wallets within 48 hours.

7. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting markets on pk987, including PSL betting, cricket outrights and all sports markets. Specific rules for individual sports and competition formats are published in the relevant betting market sections.

• Bets placed are final once confirmed. pk987 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet under normal circumstances.
• Minimum bet amount is Rs 50 unless a specific market states a higher minimum.
• Maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed before confirmation. pk987 reserves the right to adjust maximum bet limits for individual players without prior notice.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — for example, a decimal odds price that is clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — pk987 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and refund stakes.
• For cricket matches, if a match is abandoned, reduced in overs, or its result is rendered inconclusive by external factors, the relevant market settlement rules (published per competition) will apply. Generally, where fewer than the minimum prescribed overs are bowled, affected markets are voided and stakes refunded.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time odds changes. Bets accepted at a specific price are settled at that price regardless of subsequent movement, provided the bet was properly confirmed before the triggering event occurred.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk987. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and, where applicable, forfeiture of all balances, bonuses and pending withdrawals:

• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one pk987 account, either alone or in collusion with others.
• Fraud: Using stolen, cloned or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund a pk987 account.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or reversal claim with your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and used on pk987.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on pk987.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, AI tools or any automated software to place bets or interact with games on pk987.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus terms through systematic staking patterns, matched betting across accounts or any strategy designed to guarantee bonus conversion without genuine play.
• Money laundering: Using pk987 for any activity that involves the movement of proceeds of unlawful activity, in whole or in part.
• Providing false information: Misrepresenting your identity, age, nationality or other personal details during registration or KYC verification.

pk987 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to any investigation involving suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity conducted through the platform.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

pk987 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or abusive behaviour has been conducted through the account.
• The account holder is no longer eligible to use pk987 (for example, has become subject to a self-exclusion order or has been identified as underage).
• Continued operation of the account poses a financial, legal or reputational risk to pk987.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, pk987 will complete its investigation within 30 calendar days. If no breach is found, the account will be reinstated and any pending withdrawals released. If a breach is confirmed, relevant funds may be withheld and the closure made permanent.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support@pk987.app. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be refunded to the registered payment method subject to identity verification.

10. Responsible Gaming

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas submitted to pk987 through any channel become the property of pk987 and may be used freely without obligation or compensation to the submitting party.

12. Limitation of Liability

pk987 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous uptime, pk987 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors or temporary unavailability. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where possible.

pk987's total liability to any player for any claim arising from the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the value of real-money funds held in that player's pk987 wallet at the time the claim arises, excluding bonus balances.

pk987 is not liable for:

• Loss of internet connectivity or device failure on the player's end that affects gameplay or bet placement.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed in the platform that is later corrected due to a technical error.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses of any kind arising from the use of pk987.
• Actions of third-party payment providers, including delays or failures outside pk987's direct control.

13. Privacy & Data

pk987 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on pk987, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your data is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance and, where you have opted in, marketing communications. pk987 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with service providers only where necessary to operate the platform and only under appropriate data processing agreements.

You have the right to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to support@pk987.app. Requests are processed within 30 calendar days. 14. Amendments to These Terms

pk987 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on the pk987 website with a revised "Last Updated" date. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication unless otherwise stated.

Where a change materially affects player rights — for example, changes to withdrawal timelines, bonus terms or account closure policies — pk987 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to registered players and/or an in-account notification banner.

Continued use of pk987 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using pk987 and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from your use of pk987 or these terms, the following process applies:

2. Formal complaint: If the informal resolution is unsatisfactory, submit a formal written complaint to support@pk987.app with "Formal Complaint" in the subject line. pk987 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a final response within 28 calendar days.
3. Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied after the formal complaint process, you may pursue the matter through available legal channels under applicable law.

Any attempt to bring a legal claim against pk987 without first exhausting the above dispute resolution process may be raised as grounds for dismissal or reduction of any remedy sought.
